By participating in our Referral Program (the Program), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the Terms). Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and Canada and are at least 18 years old.
- Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Vibrant Building Technologies, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Referral Criteria
- Each referral must be a new customer who has never previously registered with Vibrant Building Technologies and must reside in a separate household.
- Referrals must be natural persons—corporations, partnerships, and other business entities are not eligible.
- The referred individual must use your unique referral code or link during their registration process.
3. Fraud Prevention and Verification
- We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both the referrer and the referred individual.
- Multiple referrals from the same IP address, physical address, or household will be disqualified unless explicitly approved in writing by Vibrant Building Technologies.
- Suspicious activity, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or using fraudulent means to obtain rewards, will result in disqualification from the Program and potential account suspension.
4. Rewards
- Rewards will be granted only after the referred individual meets all qualifying criteria, which may include completing a purchase, registering an account, or fulfilling other specified conditions.
- The specific nature of the reward (e.g., monetary credit, discounts, or gifts) will be described in the official Program materials.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.
- Only one (1) free Sense device will be granted per household/address. Multiple parties within the same household are not eligible to receive additional free Sense devices.
- Email referrals cannot be shared between multiple participants.
- Referred emails that bounce or are not confirmed with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will not count toward the 15-email Sense goal.
- There is no confirmed timeline for when the consumer will receive a Sense device, and delivery is subject to potential delays.
- We have reserved only 2,500 Sense devices for this sweepstakes. Any redemptions beyond this limit will be at the sole discretion of Vibrant Building Technologies as to whether additional units will be shipped.
5. Limitations
- Vibrant Building Technologies reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6. Privacy and Data Usage
- By participating in the Program, you consent to Vibrant Building Technologies collecting and using your personal data for purposes related to the Program, including fraud detection.
- Data collection and usage will comply with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
7. Modifications and Termination
- Vibrant Building Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- The Program may be terminated at any time without notice, and any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
